MARCO - Anticorrosion Surface Anti-biofouling Coating
A colorless single component (1k), EPA exempted eco-friendly solvent based surface that dries in ambient conditions. The coating contains corrosion prevention compounds along with anti-fouling agents to prevent biofouling and barnacles’ attachment. The product can be use under a commercial pat to provide corrosion protection and on top of existing paint to impart anti-biofouling.
This product has exceptional anti-fouling, anti corrosion, anti abrasion, and adhesive promotion properties and can be used on variety of surfaces including direct to metals to provide excellent protection against corrosion, abrasion, erosion, and biofouling capability to the substrate.
It requires minimal surface preparation, removal of rust, sandblasting, sanding, acid etch, solvent cleaning, washing and can be easily applied using brush, roller, spray to a thickness of up to 2 mils in one coat.
Typical applications include metals needed corrosion protection and anti-fouling characteristics. Product is ready to use and is available in liquid form in pints, quarts, gallons, and totes.
